Leona Khong

Leona Khong is an energy healer, intuitive channel, and yoga teacher. She joins Practical-Mystics to discuss Shadow Work, Spirit Guides, and Mediumship.

Leona believes that if we were to all heal ourselves and our wounds developed from childhood or past lives, these healing effects would ripple out to the collective consciousness, and humans would naturally cease to harm one another and Mother Earth. Her work has a focus on connecting individuals with their Spirit Guides, as well as on Shadow Work, i.e. helping people alchemize their fears and limiting beliefs into, paradoxically, their greatest gifts.
